Scope of the general terms and conditions

These general terms and conditions apply exclusively to legal transactions between Kurry World and the customer in the context of placing orders via the online service. Kurry World provides these services exclusively on the basis of these general terms and conditions.

Business activity

Kurry World is an online order service (pick-up only) for the food and drinks available from Kurry World. The order of the Internet user from Kurry Worlder reaches the branch via e-mail, based on the postal code of the delivery address. For the purpose of delivery by our internal or external delivery service, the specified contact details are stored or used. When ordering online, payment is made exclusively by PayPal, in cash or, if a credit card terminal is available, with debit cards.

Content of the online ordering service

Kurry World represents the range of the Kurry world order and delivery service as an additional sales channel. We strive to offer the entire Kurry world range of food and beverages for online orders, but reserve the right to make changes, which we will communicate accordingly.

Availability

Although we strive according to the state of the art to offer the highest possible availability of the service, it is not possible for us to guarantee this availability at certain times. For better transparency, the delivering Kurry World branch, the approximate delivery time and the minimum order quantity are displayed online.

Due diligence of the customer

The customer undertakes to provide truthful, exact, current and complete information about himself on the order form. Kurry World excludes any liability for loss or damage resulting from the failure to meet these obligations. We reserve the right to check this information by calling back or taking similar appropriate measures and, if our terms and conditions are disregarded, to exclude individual persons from the online ordering service.

By accepting these terms and conditions, the customer agrees that the data collected can be processed and used by Kurry World, but not passed on to third parties for advertising purposes. The customer can object to the use of his data at any time.

Warranty, liability

The customer expressly agrees that the use of the service provided by Kurry World is at his own risk. Kurry World is not liable in the event of force majeure, in particular in the event of failure of telephone lines or internet lines, industrial action, official measures, unforeseeable failure of means of transport or energy or other unavoidable events. This also applies if the above events occur with a vicarious agent of Kurry World.

Coupons

The redemption of all Kurry World gift vouchers is not limited. Gift vouchers worth CHF 20 to CHF 100 can be combined in any way and are valid for 1 year. The redemption of all Kurry World discount vouchers is limited. This means that a maximum of one voucher per person and day can be redeemed.

Change of offer

Kurry World reserves the right to temporarily or permanently change, interrupt or discontinue the services and conditions offered with or without notification to the customer. Kurry World is not liable to the customer for the change, interruption or discontinuation of the service.

Links

Kurry World can create links to other, third-party websites or sources on the Kurry World website. Kurry World has no control over the availability or content of these websites or sources. For this reason Kurry World is not responsible for the content of such websites or sources.

Applicable law, place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies to all legal transactions. In full commercial legal transactions, the place of jurisdiction is agreed to be the place of the requested courier company. Mwst is included in billing amount
